Cedar Tree Risk Solutions offers its clients a comprehensive report comprised of a detailed asset inventory valuation and risk report for insurance purposes. As a niche service Cedar Tree Risk Solutions includes an expert valuation of art, antiques, Persian carpets and collectibles including silverware, in all valuations. A building valuation will establish rebuilding cost of the building, fixtures and all structures for insurance purposes. Cedar Tree Risk Solutions prides itself in offering decades of experience in providing competitive, reliable and expert valuation services any- where in the country. Cedar Tree Risk Solutions is an independent assessing company with no vested interest in outcome of the verification – we represent the client, the broker and the insurer. This quotation is for insurance and re-building cost purposes only and not a real-estate valuation.
BULK RATES
Companies who request more than 10 surveys per month qualify for a bulk rate.

TRAVEL COST
R5 per km from the closest major city centre to the client and back. All clients within a 40km radius from city centre are not charged for travel. Kindly note that these prices are all inclusive of VAT and subject to annual price reviews.
